Pneumatic conveying system, for unloading and dosing of instant noodles, designed for a food company.
GOAL
It is the unload station for discharging the condiments into the packaging machine beneath floor. It detects the presence of the IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container), and has the spring connection system to grant the close contact/ sealing between the butterfly valve of the IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) and the load hopper of the station.
The condiments are fed to the packaging through the screw conveyor and the tubes. In order to avoid that the condiments fall down heavily, there are two butterfly valves and the slope on the tube.
