Since 1997 RGS Vacuum Systems has been developing solutions for its customers customized automation that meet every industrial need, bringing less environmental risks and more safety than standard work.

Since its inception, the Rgs team has been working to use the technology to meet the specific needs of customers, from design to maintenance. Today, the company realizes “turnkey” projects, with innovative and at the same time valid solutions.

RGS Vacuum Systems, while investing in supporting its operations, is also committed to its ambition of sustainability and that is why it installed a photovoltaic system a few years ago, on both plants, ensuring energy autonomy from renewable sources and the reduction of CO2 emissions.


It does not only concern the energy and water efficiency of an industrial building, but also aspects such as the health and well-being of employees at the workplace, and infrastructure for environmentally friendly mobility.


RGS has a strong link with its territory, for this reason the choice to build its headquarters in Zocca, a village in the Apennines in the province of Modena. In addition, RGS Vacuum Systems is completing a warehouse adjacent to the existing one of over 3000 m2.

In particular, since 2016 there has been a strong surge, and subsequently sales have continued to grow.


RGS Vacuum Systems was founded in 1997 in Zocca, Italy, as RGS IMPIANTI s.n.c. by its founding member Raul Gilli and other members.

RGS begins its activity as a manufacturer of components for industrial automation (control panels). Subsequently, he began designing and producing pneumatic transport systems for granules and powders, and centralized cleaning systems also for applications that require high air flow rates or particularly complex and imposing plants. The range is completed with weighing and dosing systems used in various industrial sectors.


RGS Vacuum Systems consists of a dynamic team of people with many years of experience in the field of industrial suction and materials handling, thanks to which it can guarantee a reliable technical and commercial support to better meet the needs of the customer.
Today, it has become a global company and one of the leading manufacturers of customized industrial automation solutions.  


The list of certifications that we present below is certainly necessary to guarantee the customer the purchase of products that comply with their needs while respecting the laws in force. From our point of view as manufacturers, we believe that the only objective in releasing a compliant machine on the market is to primarily pursue the safety of the end user.

Therefore, RGS equipment will always be reliable, functional but above all safe for the operator and for the product handled.



All our machines, quasi-machines and installations are of course compliant with the Machinery Directive and built in accordance with the relevant standards. All this is often not enough for the end customer, as this equipment sometimes has to be inserted into more complex structures.

For this reason, RGS provides all the support and advice needed to guarantee the complete integration of its equipment within more complex systems, providing, if necessary, the construction of completely customised parts to obtain the necessary conformity.

REGULATION 1935/2004


Materials and articles suitable for food contact must comply with this regulation. A machine made entirely of suitable materials is not sufficient to guarantee its conformity. That is why we have designed a new line of machines ( https://www.rgsimpianti.com/en/my-product/blue-tech-hopper-pneumatic-conveyors/ ) that has all the features to fully comply with the requirements of Regulation 1935/2004 and, not least, that allows the customer to apply good HACCP practice.



We have expanded our line of Atex machines so that customers can find a wide range of standard solutions that meet the requirements of this directive. Of course, our staff is always available to help you choose the most suitable product for your needs.

Our more complex systems, plants and customised machines are designed on the basis of the customer’s requirements and risk analysis. This information is processed by us and, if necessary, we intervene directly in synergy with the consultants in order to define the best product that meets the customer’s real safety needs.
