RGS Vacuum Systems at the “CLEAN PRO EXPO 2026”

Industrial extraction technology for safety, health, efficiency and reliability
From 15 to 17 September 2026,RGS Vacuum Systems will be exhibiting at Clean Pro Expo di Friedrichshafen (Germany) – Hall B5, Stand 304..

The trade fair is one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to professional and industrial cleaning technologies.
Clean Pro Expo provides the ideal platform for visitors, system integrators and production managers seeking high-performance extraction solutions for safe and healthy working environments, offering the opportunity to meet machine manufacturers and plant builders.
At our stand, we will be presenting visitors with a selection of technologies designed to enhance process safety and efficiency. RGS Vacuum Systems’ products meet the most stringent regulatory requirements, reflecting the following key areas of expertise:
- ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaners
- ACD industrial vacuum cleaners for flammable and hazardous dusts
- Industrial vacuum cleaners certified to IEC 60335-2-69:2021 for harmful, carcinogenic or pathogenic dusts
- Centralised extraction and dust removal systems
- Specialised solutions for complex industrial applications

ATEX-certified industrial vacuum cleaners: Safety in areas at risk of explosion

Among the products on display is the F230PX3 model, one of over 60 industrial vacuum cleaners developed specifically for use in ATEX zones containing potentially explosive and flammable dusts. Food & Pharma.
The unit is fitted with a three-phase side-channel turbine and features a high-efficiency filtration system, which can be fitted with HEPA H14 absolute filters on request
Furthermore, the model is also available entirely in “V2A o V4A” stainless steel.
Thanks to its wide range of configuration options, the extractor fan can be optimally adapted to a variety of industrial processes, ensuring high performance, maximum operational safety and low maintenance costs.
ATEX dust collectors with suction arms: Safety in areas at risk of explosion

The A32FLPX2.2D dust collector, fitted with an ATEX-certified suction arm for direct dust collection at source, will also be on display. This solution is used in ATEX zones containing potentially explosive and flammable dusts, enhancing operator safety and reducing dust emissions during industrial processes.
The ACD range: Safe collection of flammable and hazardous dusts outside ATEX zones
A particular highlight of our presence at the trade fair will be the
industriale ONE43X1.MACD,industrial vacuum cleaner, a model representative of the new ACD range, which already comprises over 50 individually configurable models.
The range has been developed in accordance with the Appliance for Combustible Dust (ACD) classification, introduced by standard IEC 60335-2-69:2021 (Appendix AA). The aim of this standard is to ensure maximum safety when collecting flammable and harmful dusts in non-ATEX-classified areas.
As the issue of flammable and hazardous dusts is becoming increasingly important in industry, there is a corresponding rise in demand for equipment that complies with the latest European safety standards. It is precisely for this purpose that RGS’s ACD series has been developed: to ensure the reliable and safe collection of flammable and hazardous dusts in industrial workplaces.
The ONE43X1.MACD model is equipped with three independent motors,an
an anti-static filter unit (dust class M) and a provision for mounting the height-access cleaning kit, which allows cleaning work at height to be carried out without the need for ladders or mobile work platforms. This solution is particularly well-suited to production sites where it is necessary to safely remove deposits of flammable dust from beams, pipework, machinery or other hard-to-reach areas.
The ACD range is used in numerous industrial sectors, including the food, chemical, woodworking, plastics, metalworking and battery manufacturing industries: wherever it is of vital importance to prevent the risks associated with the presence of flammable and hazardous dusts.
Centralised extraction and dust removal systems: Bespoke system solutions
RGS presents an image of one of its centralized systems and dust removal systems – a solution that is becoming increasingly popular amongst companies keen to make their cleaning processes more efficient, optimise health and safety at work, whilst reducing operating costs.
Compared with using several mobile industrial extractors, a centralised system allows multiple workstations to be served simultaneously by a single extraction unit. This significantly reduces cleaning times, maintenance requirements and noise levels in production areas, whilst also enabling machinery and workstations to be permanently connected to the pipework.
Each system is custom-designed to meet the customer’s specific requirements, taking into account factors such as the layout of the plant, the pipework routes, the number of extraction points in use simultaneously, and the characteristics of the material to be extracted. The result is efficient, reliable solutions that are seamlessly integrated into the production process.
Specialised solutions for complex industrial applications
A range of solutions designed for applications
with particularly high technical requirements will also be presented.
The items on display include an AISI 304 stainless steel cyclone pre-separator for pharmaceutical applications, which ensures the highest standards of hygiene, high separation efficiency and easy handling of the collected product.
In addition, we offer professional cleaning kits for industrial ovens, accessories for high-temperature applications and other specialised solutions.
